Seeking a customer support specialist for live chat support on a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service through live chat channels. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support through live chat (whatsapp/telegram/ticket system) - Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Requirements: - Proven experience in providing customer support through live chat - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Ability to work independently and meet targets Duration and Compensation: - The project is expected to last more than 3 months - Compensation is $2/hour Please note that this is a long-term position and we are looking for candidates who can commit to the project for an extended period of time.
