We are looking for an intelligent customer support individual to assist our software users through RhinoSupport. Customers typically open tickets regarding log in access problems, browser bugs or requests for refunds. We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, english speaking person who can copy & paste the right reply and also custom tailor it to suit the question or concern the customer is having. We prefer individuals, not companies. This is an ongoing project.
