Being a customer service representative for around 6 years on multiple projects including AT&T, Symatec Tech Support, McAfee Customer Service, Checkmyflights flights reservation. Been trained to handle escalations, irate customers and been supervising and leading a team of 30 customer service representatives training them and coaching them regularly. I am fully available to work 8 hours if it is required. My command in English is impeccable and am the best in the field. If typing is required, my typing speed is around 87 words per minute with 94% accuracy. I've also trained people in customer service handling and handling different psychology of customers. I've also been in sales projects with AT&T if that will come as a requirement. I'm very proficient at replying promptly with a 117 words per minute typing speed at my arsenal. Being tech savvy, multitasking is a breeze as I can chat with around 6-10 people at the same time without a lag in response times. Notably, I've worked in chat projects for AT&T ConnecTech and AT&T Home Solutions.
