86462 Cam / Dating Backlink Work

I'm looking to find someone to do some webcam/dating backlink work for one domain. Please indicate what type of backlinks you can provide: 1) one-way, two-way, etc...how many? (estimate) 2) what range of PRs? (estimate) 3) Link farms to others or private networks that are not going to be outted? I will research and track to ensure no junk work is done. Please only bid if you've done this before and can provide references via PMB. I'm very easy to work with and will require communication every week or every other week. I'm not a nag, just require quick check-ins/updates. I don't need to be explained how things take time to show up, I fully understand that, I'm in the SEO business myself, just overworked and need to subcontract this project out. :) I can assist in doing some of the backlink research (report running on competition and overall plan forumlation if required).
