Virtual Assistant

We run a start-up e-business particular for investigators, debt collectors and law enforcement agencies. Require a VA to report directly to the director. Excellent English communication and writing skills are ESSENTIAL so please do not apply if this is not you, it only wastes your time and mine. You will be required to undertake basic research, occasionally take telephone calls, replying to emails, assist in putting together product marketing brochures, writing, liaising with contractors, blogging, handling our social media component, etc. Please indicate if you hold any security clearances, this is preferred but not essential. Please indicate how you qualify for all of the above examples. VA must be prepared to sign a confidentiality agreement. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Social Media and blog management - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - English must be very clear as you will be required to occasionally take calls
