I am looking for a person to look up the desired information on the internet, extract specific data, and enter the data into an Excel file. You will be looking for publicly available information, using search online and then crop/paste into Excel file. Accuracy is important. I need a Web Researcher to perform some background information on IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) and the Highway Use Tax (also known as Motor Fuel Tax Refund or Fuel Tax Rebate). Motor Fuel Tax Refund Project Essentially, this freelancer will need to complete an Excel Sheet. This Excel Sheet will have columns for the different types of Fuel Tax Refund Categories (like Personal Watercraft (Boating), Agriculture, etc.) and rows for each state. This sheet will need to be populated with the applicable refund amount per gallon for each category per state or N/A if it is not supported. Additionally, I would like the freelancer to deliver the PDF Rebate Forms for each state and make a Word document with as much information available for each state on the Fuel Tax Refund program.
