Twitter Accounts Needed

We need about 500 Twitter accounts so that we can promote articles and videos on specific topics. Here is what I need specifically. You will be given 500 different topics and then you must register a Twitter account with a user name that is as close to that topic as possible. If the topic is space news, then we would want something like spacenews or space_news or spacenewsnow or something with that in the user name. Very simply project but it needs to be done right for our project, as these accounts will be used to heavily promote our site. Please bid for the creation of 500 Twitter accounts as stated above.
