We are after a customer service person to join our expanding team! Do you love providing top quality fast customer support? The initial role will start off as 3-4 hours per day and grow into a full time role of 8-12 hours per day. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming & make out going calls - Ensuring a high level of Customer Service standards are met at all time in a professional manner - Ad hoc duties - Ability to manage email, phone and live chat in conjunction with one another Key Requirements: - Experience working in a call center environment - Hard working attitude and a team player - Excellent English skills required - Fast learner - Problem solve - Focused & dedicated - Self motivated - Honest
