Paypal help needed

HELLO! I have a paypal account but it's unverified. For some reason it doesn't accept my creditcard or debitcard. I want someone to either help me verify my current paypal account or create a new one, whatever you think fit.... Since there's no efforts involved in this, I am not willing to pay anything more than 5 bucks for this simple job. However I can offer you to work on my future projects (especially if you are a writer). I would prefer to be helped by a guru member since they don't have a cost of accepting the project. Tell me how you can help me with this in PMB.
