• Handling Manpower Master List. • Preparing Weekly, Monthly Manpower reports. • Preparing Weekly, Monthly Saudization Reports. • Maintain Knowledge of the Payroll Program for KCS Employees monthly time sheets. • Preparing Cost Code Summary, Man hour Summaries and Cumulative Man hours. • Handling Evaluation Appraisals for Senior Staff, Junior Staff and Operatives yearly basis. • Arrange new arrived employees for Safety Induction & visitors pass. • Collecting IQAMA’S, PASSPORT & INSURANCE for renewal and distributing. • Preparing clearance certificate for Vacation, Final Exit & Transfer employees. • Transportation arranging for Departures & Arrivals. • Arranging Food & Transportation for KCS employees. • Preparing Documents for Gate pass purposes to submitting client. • Handling site day to day requirements for Foremen’s & Supervisors. • Receiving daily Allocation Reports from Sub-Contractor submitting to Managements. • Maintain Leave Schedule for Staff & Operatives. • Co-ordination and Making the reports keeping up to date in system. • Preparing Internal Memos Release, Transfer, Vacation&Final Exit. • Actively involved Termination/Resignation formalities for both Operatives & Staff. • Supervising to Loading, UN loading Materials. • Weekly and Monthly Salary distributing for work force.
