I am curious as to what version you would like to install and on what Operating System depending on your current infrastructure set up. Is it a physical, cloud or private cloud set-up? Concerning the installation files and licenses, I did not catch you right; did you mean you have all the files or would we need to look for them. Remember different versions require different specifications so it is necessary we figure this out. In terms of configuration, is it only the install configuration, or are you conversant with the business processes?, or is that outside the scope of work?
