keyword research and spinning text

I'm doing a big seo project for 150 targeted keywords and need my content setup. I want the content to be layed out in a notepad file (for each keyword) for simplicity for my work. You will need Scrapebox, The best spinner and Microsoft Excel/Open office to do this job whats required is: 1. Use scrapebox to get 50 suggested keywords with the scraper, Spin it with the best spinner. -> add to notepad the spinned syntax. 2nd part is spinning other content, More spinning and excel editing. Each keyword should take no more than 15-30 minutes per task. Total of 150 keywords. When finished i want 150 text files, with the spinned content in each. its 7 days work, maybe even 3-4 days. Budget is $100. I'm looking for a person with reasonable knowledge of SEO, spinning stuff, excel editing.
