We are creating a interactive PDF combining two PDF that were originally created in Framemaker.
We need a freelancer with Framemaker 10 to take small blocks of copy from one document and position them to align below blocks of copy from the other document.
SHORT TIMELINE - NEED DONE ASAP, WILL MOST LIKELY REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE FREELANCER
There is no content creation, just simple formatting and exporting. We have already outlined the steps required to follow:

1. Navigate to secondary FrameMaker documents folder
2. Open FrameMaker file specified (will provide list)
3. Navigate to primary FrameMaker documents folder
4. Open FrameMaker file specified (will provide list)
5. Copy primary page block (ctrl-click correct page block)
6. Paste primary page block into secondary FrameMaker document
7. Offset primary page block paste left 3" to 5" (ctrl-click, right-click "Object properties")
8. Isolate secondary content block, remove everything above
9. Align secondary content block with correct position in relation to primary page block
10. Save secondary FrameMaker file
11. Delete text below secondary content block
12. Delete primary page block
13. File -> Save as PDF
14. Use DocuTech* Job options, do not publish bookmarks (*.joboptions file will be provided)
15. Save into folder with appropriate naming convention (will provide convention)
16. Close secondary FrameMaker file - DO NOT SAVE
17. Start at beggining
