****Please READ THROUGH the requirement before bidding!**** We need an expert in excel! Do not put the bid if you do not know how to extract / import / export images from excel file. Do not put on the bid if you do not know how to delete certain rows from an excel sheet without re-ordering the images!! We need an assistent to prepare excel / pdf product files for marketing purpose. Editing images , find right product pictures to display on the website (wordpress). Sometimes we have an excel file of 100 pictures that need to be edited in a proper way and therefore the freelancer will have a good experience in excel and can work fast. The freelancer will prepare the excel sheet and other data according to our requirements which can be different each time. We will teach you how we want so you don' t have to guess. The freelancer have to put our new products on the website every working day and also advertise them on different marketplaces. You will also collect data from different inquiries. To do all this , we will have a video call/ meeting to show how to do. We need someone who can work for us up to 8 hours a day, monday to friday The fee will be paid after each month or according to the agreement. As we will pay per hour, it is important that the freelancer shows us the effectivity. We require freelancer who can communicate in english with us and summit daily report. After sometimes, we expect the freelancer to work independently and can analyze the data to do the work himself. read it first before bidding!!!! You make a bid on the price you want to get. Do not waste our time by changing the bid afterward. We will test you with some excel sheet before hiring!

This is the price I want to get for an hour's worth of work, after the initial meeting and probably completing some Excel files before being officially hired we can agree on how many rows/files should be done per hour. 1. I am willing to commit to 8 hours of work per day, each weekday from Monday to Friday, I hope I will have the option to pick my own working hour. 2. I am available for a video call in order to discuss how to approach each of the different needs of how the Excel file should be done. 3. I prefer to be paid weekly. 4. I personally have not done extract, import, or exported images from/ to Excel, but I have found various ways in order to achieve these goals. I don't find them very hard at all. You can ask me to complete some Excel files and if you and the team are satisfied, you can officially hire me for this role.
