I am using a rotary encoder to track the angular displacement of a model wave energy converter. The encoder should feed a program on the Raspberry PI, which will be a string of numbers. The Pi will transmit the numbers to a laptop for storage and analysis. I need someone to set up the PI, which I will buy unless you have one to loan to me for three months.
