I have done a similar project in kaggle named severstal Steel defect Detection where we have to detect steel which have defect where i have applied computer vision and object detection model to detect the defected steel and also around 14 project in deep learning computer vision. I am also kaggle competition master . I can assure you that having lots of experience i will give you the best and fastest solution with latest models and research in object detection and classification. I have already full training pipeline ready for models so I can experiment a lot to give you the most accurate solution within 1 day with yolov5 if you have object detection problem and else convnext of you have classification problem I daily work around 5-6 hours in tensorflow or pytorch alongwith many other machine learning libraries like numph scikit learn.
