Delphi: Sticky forms sample app

Design and implement using Borland Delphi (Version 7 preferred) a sample application that demonstrates how to implement a "sticky forms" feature. By "sticky forms" I mean the following: We have two forms, lets call them the ParentForm and the TempForm. The ParentForm has a boolean variable called DetachedMode. When DetachedMode is True, the TempForm is sticked below the ParentForm (i.e. [login to view URL] := [login to view URL], [login to view URL] := ParentForm.Top+[login to view URL]). If ParentForm is moved, the TempForm follows. If ParentForm is closed, also TempForm closes (and thus the application closes too). However, if the user moves the TempForm out of the ParentForm's bottom, the "sticky" feature is disabled and DetachedMode will be set to False. No matter how fast you move ParentForm, the TempForm follows and the DetachedMode stays True. Only if you start to move TempForm, the DetachedMode can be set to False. When DetachedMode is set to False, you can move both forms and they do not interact with eachother in any ways. If one is closed, the other one stays open, if one is moved the other doesn't follow etc. And if the user moves the TempForm again below the ParentForm, the DetachedMode is set back to True again. Same thing also happens vice versa, i.e. if ParentForm is moved in a way TempForm is again below it. The solution should only use Windows messages and forms' events, not any Timers, threads or other such features. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Borland Delphi
