O sistema deverá realizar a leitura de um diretório que contém arquivos XML de nota fiscal eletrônica utilizando ACBR. Criar componente semelhante ao ACBR para os layouts da Prosoft. Tela para manipular os arquivos utilizando o componente criado: Converter (sugerir) conversão do CFOP de saída (recebidos) para o CFOP de entrada (por meio de uma tabela parametrizável (poderá gravar em arquivo XML, salvo pelo clientdataset, tabela virtual). Converter CST de Pis CF Icms e IPI (tabela parametrizável).

Hi. So you want a configurable XML / text reader/converter with GUI. Only problem I see in the suggested use of TClientDataSet is if multi-lever XML is used. Else I see no problem. My only concern is about language. I speak Spanish so I understand +/-80% reading Portuguese. So if is ok for you to communicate in English will be nice. Regards.
