Ebay Account Manager

Hello, We are a company that sells construction equipment through multiple sales channels and are continuing to expand. As we continue to grow we need to find team member(s) to help manage our eBay account. This engagement is long term and can take anywhere from 3-15 hours per week. Job Description/Responsibilities Product Management - Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and revenue. (we have extremely efficient back-office operations for you to carry out your strategy.) - Providing recommendations and implement merchandising and pricing strategy effectively to drive a high conversion with a high market sale price while maximizing profitability. Analysis/Reporting - Create and collaborate on creating reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth. - Monitoring and improving marketplace performance, taking proactive steps to avoid issues when possible, and quickly correct them when necessary. - Analyzing sales patterns by category on all listings to identify opportunities and to investigate unexpected sales declines. - Monitoring storefront feedback systems to address negative customer reviews. Solicit further customer feedback or request the removal of invalid reviews. Report trends and results to Senior Management. - Utilizing data analytic tools to develop insight and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership. - Developing a quarterly operating budget and sales forecast. - Reporting and Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, etc. Growth - Working closely with team members across the organization to effectively integrate sales optimization strategies with other company initiatives to promote the healthy growth of the business. - Assisting in identifying and launching new Marketplace opportunities, including logistical needs, pricing, and implementation. - Tracking and growing sales, provide daily and monthly sales data reports. - Work in collaboration with management to set weekly and monthly goals and deadlines - Increasing listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions. - Work with Product Data Management teams to provide better optimization processes. Qualifications - Proven Marketplace management experience with a metrics-driven mindset. - Deep understanding of marketing, measurement, and analytics, and content management. - 2-5 years of E-commerce account customer service or business development experience - Excellent oral, written communication, and proofreading skills - Experience with Copywriting, Listing Optimization - Adaptability to learn new skills - Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at once - Highly organized with the ability to present data in a compelling manner
