Job Description: As our eBook/Training Manual Designer, you will play a crucial role in presenting our training content in an engaging and accessible manner. You will be responsible for taking the existing Google Doc and transforming it into a professional and visually pleasing eBook format. Your expertise in design, layout, and content organization will help us empower our Virtual Assistants with the knowledge they need to excel in supporting real estate agents. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to understand the content structure and objectives of the training manual. - Turn the 163-page Google doc into a visually appealing and user-friendly eBook layout using appropriate fonts, colors, and graphics. - Organize and format the content for easy navigation and comprehension, ensuring a seamless reading experience. - Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and branding throughout the eBook. - Provide suggestions for improving the presentation of content, if needed. - Deliver the final eBook in multiple formats (PDF, eBook, etc.) suitable for distribution to VAs. Qualifications: - Strong experience in eBook design, layout, and formatting. - Proficiency in graphic design tools and software. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
