Hiring a Smartwatch PCB and Firmware Designer/Engineer

I am looking to hire a PCB and Firmware designer that has experience in the wearable space. This person will work with a member of my team to help bring my new product to the market in 2018. I would expect this person to not only understand PCB and firmware design but understand how to make it work in the small space constraints of a smartwatch. I would like to have someone that is US based but will consider all candidates. If this product works out, you may have the opportunity to be a member of our team down the road. Lastly, I want someone that can "think of the box" Go big with their thinking. I am looking to do something big with the new technologies that are out there right now.
