Hi there, I have a few clarifications about your project, where is the relay wired to ? and what is the hex buffer IC ? Have you decided on it yet ? I have done this sort of a plugin board before for Arduino Mega in a robotics project and I think this can be done without a trouble. I will finish the PCB and send you gerber files for manufacturing. Please let me know if any other future is requires for the PCB (e.g. power supply conditioning). Regards !
