20 themed 1 way links with pr 4 or 4+ in 20-25 days

Hi, I want to hire someone who can get 20 1 way inbound links on pr 4 or 4+ webpage for website about seo tools in 20 to 25 days. The links need to come from a webpage (not a site) with a Google Page Rank of 4 or higher with seo or webmaster or tools theme. I'm interested in one way links, so no reciprocal I'll provide you with the anchor text and urls: its for 1 url. If Iam satisfied with your work i have a lot more to do in the future. No javascript or other links that will not count the lp for that link. • Only one link should come from each unique domain name. • All links must be residing on a page with no more than 50 links per page. • You will not get more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company. • The ip adres of each link has to have unique last 3 numbers: [login to view URL] (xxx must be unique) Donts: • Links from sites whose focus is on porn, XXX sites, hate, racism, casino or sites containing illegal, offensive, or immoral materials are not acceptable. • You will not submit our site to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us. • You will not enter our site in any commercial/professional/web rings links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Arealis etc. • You will not submit our site to Free for all (FFA), guest books, forums signatures or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.
