Facebook App clone, design, development and installation

I am happy to provide content and APIs if necessary. I am looking to work with someone who has experience of this and can do a good job both design and development. The process will be as follows: 1. Design stage - I will need to approve the designs to move forward. 2. Dev stage - Once designs are approved, we can move onto development and integration with Facebook.
