linux centos server with squid and clam av with icap

setup clamav using icap and squid on linux server also stunnel. then setup another program to forward traffic to. another program filter. setup this program filter. requirements of setup: do not log any logs allow video watching no caching of videos. no caching at all. setup for speed. need also stunnel loaded on this box need proxy port open 3128 for stunnel and it hands off to squidclamav port 3129 then hands off to filter program. then back to client. to make this project closed need these things to be working. proxy server with xlamav working with logs turned off as to not make system stop working after log is full. need loggging turned off. stunnel cleint working wit proxy one regualr proxy port opened but password protected one ssl proxy port opened but password protected. need readme file where all files are located, where error files are located that squid sends back to user if error so we can change error codes. need all visible evedence of what versions of squid and clam av turned off. etc. need all of this tunred into a setup rpm file at the end so i can deploy this onto antoher server with out any issues. also need a full backup of all files incase of issues.
