translation/conversion of EDI 810 file to XL

I have an EDI 810 file that I would like to convert to an MS Excel file. I am looking for someone who can: - design an EDI translator to my website - EDI translator will convert EDI files to MS Excel format - And re-convert an edited Excel file back to EDI 810 template ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
