We are launching a site that allows casual and professional GIS users to do data-driven maps and other more comples GIS type designs at a fraction of the price in the web environment. We need a developer with superior javascript skills, hopefully with MVC framework, and experience in openstreetmaps and possibly geoJSON. We use no sql, instead using ravendb.
