SAS Company registration - open to bidding

Hey Tomas I need some help in Colombia that you may be able to help with. It is not exactly what you have said in your description however I believe you should have minimal problems completing the project. Basically I want to register a SAS company in Colombia and need someone over there to complete the documents and ensure that everything goes well. My Spanish is only very basic however my wife is Colombian and speaks fluent Spanish. The company will be a construction business as my brother in laws are builders and electricians in Tolima. They can assist, however I need someone with a good level of education and understanding to complete and advise with the forms . SO basically need to register as SAS. Open company bank account. Apply for insurance, register the employees with the necessary entitlements such as pension and long service pay scheme. This kind of thing. There is more that needs to be done if you are available and have the right skills. I will let you know about this when you contact me. Do you believe that you can do these things easily? I do not think they are too difficult, however I am in Australia most of the time so need some help in Colombia. Thanks Kurt
