As Project Manager Assistant/Business Analyst, my primary role is to analyze the requirements and request from the business as well as identifying and assessing change and problem needs. Capturing and documenting requirements, analyze the impact of changes supports the business throughout the implementation process.
Collaborates with customers, gathering and modeling business requirement/data, business processes, and other business rules in order to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and that the chosen solution meets business objectives.
Identifies alternative(s) in context of business opportunity and business processes.
Responsible for documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional requirements.
Testing the new user environment for deployment.
Provide costing for business and change needs.
Point of contact for documenting the contract, changes of the business.
Develop the documentation of new process.
