Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible) Salary: $3 - $6 per hour SIED Digital Group s. r. o. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Personal Assistant with a strong foundation in marketing and design. This remote role demands a detail-oriented, quick-learning individual with native-level English proficiency and a keen sense of digital marketing and design aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Assistance: Implement and contribute to marketing strategies, familiar with digital marketing trends. Design Tasks: Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite. Web Management: Knowledge in Webflow and other web design software. Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence using Google Workspace tools. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content creation and analytics tracking. Research and Data Analysis: Conduct online research and utilize Google Sheets for data organization and reporting. Required Skills: Language Proficiency: Perfect, native-level written and spoken English. (required – necessary) Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, the digital marketing landscape, and an interest in psychology. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Notion, Google Sheets, Webflow, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite – at least 3. Social Media Expertise: Experienced in managing and growing social media platforms. (optional) Design Sense: Fundamental understanding of design principles. Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges efficiently and learn new skills swiftly. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in digital marketing, design, or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, psychology or a related field is advantageous.
