To give you a little background about my working experience, I have been in the customer service industry (phone, email and chat) for over 5 years now. I have worked as a cashier in a fast food chain, then work my way up to be a an executive in BPO companies. I've handled several accounts like reservations in hotel and airlines, worked in a healthcare account as well. Then in 2014, I decided to go working full time in a home based field. I worked as a dispatcher in a trucking industry, and was a project coordinator in a logistics company. I may not be the best candidate for this post but I can assure you that I educate myself, go extra mile when I'm doing my job. I watch tutorials, read a lot of stuff in the field/products I'm in so I can contribute to the company and to be knowledgeable in that field.
