Looking for an english teacher to improve english writing (3 months project)

Hi - I am looking for an English teacher who can help me with my English grammar. Right now I am doing a career transition to move to marketing. To become a marketer, writing proper English is a requirement. Hence want to brush up my writing skills. Here is what I thinking. You can see if this will work for you: 1) Access my writing and give me study work to do for a given week 2) Based on my learning, I write a 200-word paragraph about some topic. 3) I sent my homework and the paragraph to you. 4) You will correct the grammar using word tracking so I know the mistakes I made. 5) Once a week, set up a 30-minute call in skype to go over the corrections, answer any questions I have, give me some lessons if there are any weak areas, and then give me next week's work. If you have any other method, you can let me know. We will work this out on a quarterly basis. The project is for three months and once the three months is over, we can decide on the extension. I live in California, and prefer a US candidate. I read one book a week. And I have been doing this for past 8 years. Why ? Because one of my ambition is to become a great writer. And reading is essential to becoming a writer. Because I was not having time to read, to read one book a week I created a system of techniques to read any book in less than 4 hours. How is that possible?
