This is a different sort of proposal altogether. I can write a small software for you. The software will generate different type of charts that you request, using the data you provide in form of lots of excel files or some other source. It can be scattered charts, bar chart, pie charts, Top N query charts etc. If something like this may be helpful for you for this project or can automate your future analysis, please let me know. We can discuss how I can help you solve the problem. It is also possible to write a bit more involved software in which, you can generate above mentioned types of chart on-the-fly by adding/changing different parameters and see how the chart changes.
