VBA code Excel task - Form to assist data population

I need to make VBA code that will do following: Add pick lists to a VBA form that compiles a text string to input as part of data collection. Currently using verification in cells and concatenate function to bring cells together, but this is slow and does not work well with using tablets on site (validation drop down text is very small). The code would need to be able to allow for changes in the pick lists - I have created the pick lists and the form but cannot write to code to bring it all together. Easy is you know VBA code I imagine. Can provide the spreadsheet to assist in the pricing.
