CSV File Data extraction

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create a script for data extraction from multiple CSV files and deliver it in 1 xls/csv file. The data will be numerical and it needs to be validated before it can be delivered. The data extraction needs to be done as accurately as possible, so someone with prior experience in this field is ideal. If you have the knowledge and experience necessary to do the job accurately and efficiently, please apply for this project. Bellow you can find the algorithm to be used for data extraction: - on D column we check and extract each 4 digit numbers present and add in the the new xls file in the first column. - for each 4 digit numbers we extract the corresponding number from column D,E,F and G - remove dot from Column D, cell data :ex: 32.000 - to be translated to 32000 We would do the same with the other CSV files, placing data in the same xls/csv on the same sheet. Attached you can find an example, we need to extract all data with the same pattern as above from all csv in the archive and added it to a new csv/xls file. ex: Column C/ Cell 4 data: 4622: Commerce 4776: Comert cu amanuntul al florilor, plantelor si semintelor; comert cu amanuntul al animalelon de companie si a hranei pentru acestea, in magazine specializate 4789: Comert cu amanuntul prin standuri, chioscuri si piete al altor produse Column D/Cell 4 data: '32.000 Column E/Cell 4 data from column E Column F/Cell 4 data from column F Column G/Cell 4 data from column G Extract: Column 1, cell 1: 4622 Column 2 cell 1 32000, Column 3; cell 1 content from E, Column 4; cell 1 content from F, Column 3; cell 1 content from G Thank you!
