Social media and email marketing

Texas Treats, exporting gift baskets filled with Texas made foods and souvenirs, is seeking assistance in growing its business through social media channels. We have 6400+ followers on FB and 4000+ email contacts. We seek someone with proven knowledge and experience in social media marketing to take what we have on FB, Pinterest, and Constant Contact and grow our followers AND website visitors through these channels. We are thinking to have two email campaigns per month, 3 social postings per week on FB and Pinterest plus oversee our current FB advertising-tweeking the ads, monitoring results and ad spend. We are open to suggestions with our campaigns from who we hire but do require positive results from any work we are paying for. Our audience is mostly females from the 30's to 60's. Our customer base is a mix of business and non business through out the US. Although the hire is not required to be a Texan, knowing about Texas and what we offer here will be beneficial. This is an ongoing project with no projected end date. We are willing to sign a 30 day cancellation clause in any agreement.
