Figma to NextJS Development for SaaS User Dashboard

I am seeking a proficient NextJS developer that can work pixel perfect based off our Figma design. The key focus is on speed and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have experience in: - Developer(s) should be proficient in Tailwind CSS, we aim to have as much in Tailwind as possible - The developer should make it tablet friendly, and implement a mobile overlay that advises the user to switch to tablet or desktop. We do not need a mobile optimized design for now. - The project should be developed in NextJS and Redux After review of your previous work we might invite you to develop a single element, which will be the same for all applicants, so you can demonstrate your pixel-perfect development. In your proposal, please include examples of similar projects you've completed. It will give me an idea of your skills and help in the decision-making process.
