Use provided source code files containing all GPL and LGPL sources to build a firmware image

We are interested in a compiled firmware image for version 1.1L.04.45_consumer.tar.gz. Specifically, we want a conversion of the sources into a workable .img file. This firmware file will be used to upgrade firmware in the Actiontec WCB6200Q device via the standard firmware upgrade web interface. Detailed steps showing us how we can repeat the steps and create that same file Note: We will test the file in our lab to make sure it was compiled correctly and if the device accepts the file, we will know the compilation was complete and accurate.
