Animated Logo

I have a graphic logo that I would like animated. We are a video production company and the animated logo will appear at the opening of all of our videos. I will need the animation as a video file, I imagine if it is created as a flash project it can be converted to a video file format. I can give more details to the winner but essentially I want the following actions: The word "The" appears. Then "Motion Picture" appears. The letter "E" bounces in from the left. The letter "P" in "Picture" turns around and enlarges a little to 'film' the letter "E". The "E" bounces into the word "Motion" and the word "Motion" wiggles a little. "E" settles in to form the word "Emotion", "P" turns back around to form the word "Picture". The word "Studio" appears. Our icon appears as do the words, "Films with Heart".
