Small modifications FLASH + PS for XML Flash template

Looking for Flash expert to help me finish my Flash website. Photoshop skills are required. My website is currently viewable at [login to view URL] It is an XML template bought from template monster. I need help with a number of small points: 1. Color settings should be changed. My company name is Orange & Red. The red colors within the Flash should be changed to the same PMS color of the Red in my company logo. 2. The company name on the website is now just text. This should be replaced with my company logo as picture / banner. I will provide the logo. Small modifications of this logo in Photoshop are required. 3. I need help with 2 pictures. One picture needs to be combined out of 6 or 7 logos (see left picture on page Projects). Another picture needs to be combined out of 3 home taken photos (see right picture page Projects). The backgrounds should be cut on both pictures, and have same color as website. 4. Need a very basic SEO. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 5. Music. Either change the music to a song I like or completely remove it. 6. Bullet points on second page (Services) is not working. Those bullet points seem like links, but are not working there. I want them to be linked to the right side of the page. So if I click on the left side on a bullet, this should be viewable on the right side. 7. Contact form is not working now; please help make sure it works 8. I need the left side of the page CONTACT to be modified so I have place for extra email addresses and 2 different company offices instead of just 1 single company address. Extra: a. please help change the index of the menu. I want both in the HOMEPAGE as in all other pages the Menu to have the following sequence: HOME – SERVICES – IDEAS – PROJECTS – CONTACT b. in some pages I might need help to remove the “read more” links. c. I may want to change font size. Its quite small now and hard to read. I prefer working with a company that has at least 100 positive feedbacks on freelancer.com Second, I prefer working with a company that has a number of people working, and that covers a very wide range of skills. In case one of my requests cannot be fulfilled by one of the designers, another can take over. Second, I will have continuous business and like to do business with 1 company that can do all jobs for me.
