Less than 1 minute in a low quality flash (animation) video

Hey, I need someone to create a video that is about 60 s long in flash. By low quality i mean it doesn't have to be done in photoshop and stuff like that, it can be hand drawn. The details: - A fat man enters his house and turns on TV, starts eating chips and drinking pepsi. - A bubble comes out saying "hmmm, would i be able to drink pepsi and eat chips at the same time?" - The fat man tries to eat and drink and chokes, and then in the hospital he is dead. - While lying dead the view zooms in on his foot and you see one of those labels that have names usually and instead of having name and info it says "Life is short, make your decisions wisely" Has to be done in Flash MX or Flash CS3... Let me know your prices!
