IT Services Website & SEO Required

Hey there, I am launching a business this august in IT Services. I will be offering PC Builds, Repairs, Networks, Installations, Web Design & Hosting, Audits & everything else that comes under IT! I am looking for someone to create a nice looking Web 2.0 site! The site must be nice and modern with a technology theme to it. The site can either be flash or html, just depends what designs look the best! I would then require somebody to give it a really good SEO blast. The person must be based in the UK as i would like them to do further work for me including web design for customers and the integration of our hosting packages in January 09.
