Build a Flash Kiosk

It's a single screen containing an animated, page turning versions of a book. The animation is pre-rendered as a series of video clips. Animation is not part of the work we are looking for - it's all ready for final rendering and will be provided in final form. All the design has been done - we're looking for a developer. The interactions needed are: A forward and backward page turn (which is playing a pre-rendered video clip) each trigger by touching the left or right page of the book. Jumping to one of 5 pre-sent points in the book by clicking a "dial" interface. This will cause a pre-rendered "page shuffle" animation to play (simulating a series of pages being turned rapidly) followed by the page turn animation which results in the user seeing the desired page. All the video clips will be rendered with an Alpha Channel so that can be composited. There is no zoom or search needed on the book - it's just a way for people to flip through. We're just looking for a fluid experience - that is, there is no delay in loading the pages as we move from page to page. We have full-res assets for all of the elements .
