Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and Jetpack Compose trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with the team. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter. Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose and its ecosystem. Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in building complex user interfaces from scratch. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and collaboration skills.
