Mark up The user uploads a pdf, the user can then mark this up by clicking next to the area they want it, When the user clicks it creates a circle bubble with a number in, this also creates a table at the bottom of the screen. Each click the number goes up by 1. We need the option to change the size of the of the bubble, the buubled number will also need a option for 1a, 1b etc The numbers can then be updated and they all auto update The marked up PDF can then be downloaded, the table can also be output as a formatted inspection document to excel I do have a Demo of this a company created for me, but they are unable to carry on with the work the demo doesn't have any user login its just the basics, i have added screen shots of this This should be a web app, that requires users to log in, we will sell subscriptions to this, the app will work on Desktop, tablet and mobile
