I am seeking a proficient Minecraft developer to enhance and customize my server. Here's what I need:
- **Plugins Customization**: I want to see tailored plugins enhancing gameplay, ensuring our server operates smoothly and engagingly.
- **Custom Game Modes**: An emphasis needs to be on developing a custom Factions mode backend, incorporating mechanics like territory control, faction wars, and customized ranks and permissions.
- **Server Performance Optimization**: Ensuring the server is streamlined and can handle an influx of players without performance issues is crucial.
An ideal candidate should be skilled in creating gaming environments that feel authentic and exciting. I desire it to reflect the classic factions feel, without huge 32-chunk bases max claims I want is 10 I would love if you could add custom crates/crate keys and custom bosses. It should echo the true essence of the game.
