Watch and Dial Customiser/Simulator

Hi, I require someone who can develop a responsive watch and dial customiser. The folllowing are some EXAMPLES for you to get an idea of what it is I am after: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The difference between the one i want i the ones shown above is, I would like to create a DIAL ONLY customiser first. This will be displaying only the dial. There will be no watches (at this stage), all you need to do is create a 3D dials and have all the different elements the dial customisable - different colour of the texts, different colour of the logos, addition and removal or text/logo, different colours for the hour numerals, different languages for the hour numerals, different colour for the dial, different texture/finish for the dial. The addition of logo part will generally be above the 6 hour markers. The user will be able to upload a PNG or AI file of which there will be a position this can be applied to. There will be a maximum and minimum allowance. There will be the option to select what dial the user would like to customise before commencing to customisation. Once the user has finished customising the dial, he/she will be able to share via email, social media (IG, facebook, Pinterest, etc) The user will also have an email sent to them to confirm their design as well as a price to indicate how much it will cost. Before they begin the design process, they would need to provide their full name and email address. Once they have finished their design, they will have an option to submit and pay (this is where the user will need to provide their shipping address, contact number also). There will be a PAY NOW button as well as ENQUIRE FURTHER button. The enquire further will be redirected to an online form for the user to fill out on what he/she would like to add or change (but the option is not provided). There will be a design fee attached to this. An email will also be sent to dial[at][login to view URL] to notify of a design request for any of the submitted options. The PAY NOW button will trigger the sales[at][login to view URL] directory. I would like to provide a pricing structure of how the dials will be priced, based on their design options. This will be attached to a wordpress woocommerce website and i would like to be fully responsive. I would like there to be a music playing in the background which will be linked to a spotify playlist. I have attached 2 dials for your reference. They are the same dial however, they have different language numbers for your reference as well as a logo above the 6 hour marker on one of them. I hope this helps with my above explanation.
