We are looking for a virtual office manager/ assistant to help with the following. Receiving incoming emails for work requests and contacting sub contractors via WhatsApp for them to book jobs in. To use our job software to raise jobs and email contractors. To keep an eye on works in progress and act on jobsheets sent in by engineers. Basically at present we receive emails for work requests, as we use sub contractors we copy them the job request for them to liase and book work in with sites ( we do it this way as obviously we dont have their diaries ). Key point here is to ensure a response is received from the contractor within 30 mins max..if not get onto them again !!! Once they confirm a job is booked we raise a jobsheet which is sent to their phone for them to complete and advise us if parts are required. If no parts are needed and the job is closed we Invoice the client. If parts are required we have to quote the client. Is this something you can help with and advise on hourly cost for same. Some days there are no new jobs, other days 10 might load in so hours arent fixed per day. Thanks Dave Butler

I am a fast learner and would be easier to learn and integrate your new job software, I also understand while payment is fixed per hour which is totally fine by me. My rates are flexible and open to negotiation.
