We are currently looking for a Dynamic, Highly Organised and Enthusiastic Assistant/s that can provide office administration and PA support for our company. We’ll be needing Adhoc assistance with a variety of tasks including general administrative, marketing and research based assignments. Hours will vary week to week. Experience communicating with different levels of staff High attention to detail and ability to remain focused on the task at hand Ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy Ability to multi task and flexibility to change pace and priority at a moment's notice

I am a great typist, wonderful multi-tasker, have excellent administrational and organisational skills and can work flexi-hours. I have a team of virtual assistants that work on a per hour basis and you would be assigned an account manager who would complete your tasks quickly as and when you would like them completed. We also have contacts that work with us and can take on financial management (book-keeping for example) should you have any tasks of this nature. I personally can set up word press websites and maintain them and generally anything you needs office-wise we can do! Thank you.
