I need someone to ghostwrite an original bodybuilding training routine and meal calendar to increase muscle mass fast. They must cover the entire body and must include a warm up and cool down or stretching routine. Must include a title of the exercise, a description of how to do, benefits of the exercise, repetitions and series to be completed, and calendar of when they should be done so that it is organized. A separate calendar should be made for the meals which can be very simple but original so that anyone can increase muscle fast and in a healthy way. A word document should be sent back in English in 6x9 page size.

Hey :) I've always had a passion for fitness and nutrition and am actually studying to become a Dietitian right now. Over the years I've acquired considerable knowledge in both of these areas, through school work and independent studying. Also, you'll find that I am a very dependable, efficient and easy to work with person. How I'd complete this project: 1. Research the different muscle groups more in depth and learn a variety of exercises that target each individual area. 2. (since i'm more experienced in the area of nutrition) Go talk to an experienced trainer and ask them what they've found to work the best throughout there years of experience. 3. Write up the different exercises and complete them myself as well as ask a friend to do the same to assure that it actually works well. 4. While doing the research required for the physical fitness section of this project I'd also do additional research into what foods and combo's of foods work the best for gaining muscle mass. 5. Include in the meal plan pre and post workout snacks/meals to improve recovery and build more muscle. 6. To make it so the meal plan would be doable for more people, I'd include simple healthy recipes , with multiple alterations that could be made to them so as to meet different peoples tastes and budgets.
