The link you have provide in this is using Google map api v3 and which take data from database through Ajax call and in response Ajax call return the markers base on latitude and longitude, and also display information on info-window. Sir i have done all this work many time and if you want i also apply clustering on that because if you have more markers then map doesn't give a better look , i have used Google cluster api and fluster api for that. if you want i provide you the links of my project and give you demo.
